By accessing or using PawwCare (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PawwCare is a pet care application that helps you track pet profiles, care routines, reminders, vet appointments, expenses, medical records, and related information. Features may change, be added, or removed over time.
3. Not Veterinary Advice
PawwCare is a record-keeping and organizational tool. It does not provide veterinary, medical, or professional advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for the health and treatment of your pet. Never disregard professional advice because of information in the app.
4. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
PawwCare offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription ("PawwCare Premium"). Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it in an unauthorized manner, disrupting its operation, reverse engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you add to PawwCare. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you and the care team members you invite.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawwCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
